END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (the “User”) and the Author (“Licensor”) of the W@v3 Encryption Tool (the “Software”).

1. LICENSE
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this Software for testing and evaluation purposes only. Redistribution, reverse engineering, or modification is prohibited without written permission from the Licensor.

2. BETA SOFTWARE
The Software is pre-release beta software. It may contain defects, errors, or omissions. It is provided for evaluation only and not for production use.

3. NO WARRANTY
The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Licensor disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, loss of data, business interruption, or security breach) arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITY
The User is solely responsible for safeguarding passwords, key files, and encrypted content. Lost keys or passwords cannot be recovered.

6. TERMINATION
This Agreement terminates automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies.

7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States.

By using the Software, you agree to this Agreement.
